Our journey began as a sole proprietorship, founded under the name Direct Staffing Management in 2018. For three years, we provided top-tier HR services to businesses across various industries, quickly establishing a reputation for excellence, versatility, and trustworthiness.

In 2021, we received an offer from a valued client for a permanent position, leading us to temporarily close the business. After a three-year hiatus, we are excited to announce the reopening of our business under a new name – HR Direct USA, LLC.

Our founder, Jamie Reeves, has been a driving force in the HR industry since 2001. Jamie's career started with a local staffing firm where she honed her skills in sales, staffing, staffing analysis, customer service, candidate interviewing, resume writing, opening new territories, office management, and a myriad of other tasks. This extensive experience laid the foundation for the comprehensive HR services we offer today.
